Kaleidoscope Night is excited to bring you our June edition. Summer vibes dancing their way to your curious ears …

A vibrant and virtuosic solo suite for cello composed by the cellist and composer Gaspar Cassadó which comes from his most prolific period in the 1920’s. Its form has three dance movements and quotes Zoltan Kodaly’s famous cello suite and his former teacher Ravel’s flute solo from Daphine and Chloe. Neil O’Lochainn will bring his CUAR project to our stage, exploring composition and improvisation within the framework of Irish traditional music, playing new music written especially for the group from their recent release Umhaill and other new material. Patrick Stefan will make his first solo appearance at Kaleidoscope, performing material from his recent release Wayfare “…a gorgeous debut album from a hugely talented musical mind…” Totally Dublin.

Argentinian instrumental Tango duo Vito Sputnik are part of a new generation of musicians from the city of Rosario. Performing the passionate and vigorous music of the early 20th century composed for social dancing.
